How to Order

Once you are ready to place the order, please provide us the width and the length of the straps you want us to build. The width is indicated by the lug width of the watch the strap is to fitted to, for example 24mm lug will take 24mm strap. The length is expressed as 130/80, in this example the strap is 130mm at the long piece and 80mm at the short piece. The size of the strap is very personal; some people prefer long straps while others don’t thus, it is crucial to be specific about your need. As your wrist size plays a major role, if you are not certain about which length to order, please follow this guide:

If the sizes suggested above don’t satisfy your need, we are more than willing to help you build your straps from the scratch. All you have to do is provide us the width and the Length (both short and long pieces) and perhaps the brand and model of the watch you want your strap to fit in.

Thickness : The thickness of our straps are average 4.0 - 4.5mm. However, you can also ask for the thickness you prefer on your straps.

Working Time : Normally, we will deliver your straps in 4-5 days after the order is received or if you wish to purchase ready-made straps, some of the items are already available in stock (please check the items under our collection).

Payment : We accept most credit cards through Paypal (My Paypal Account : info@stoneestraps.com), money order, or bank transfer. Your order will be processed after we receive the payment. We will always send you an email to confirm your address and inform you that your straps are ready to be shipped.

Refund Policy: Quality is my absolute goal, if you are unhappy for any reason with your starps, I will try my best to make it right or replace you with the new strap. If I still can not satisfy you then I will provide you with the full refund.

NOTE : The full refund of the item (excluding shipping cost) upon received of the item, provided that the strap is not used or have mark of being used. Shipping cost of the refund item will be bare by buyer.

LOCAL ORDERS

Free Delivery All delivery within Thailand will be shipped via EMS without any extra charges (FREE).

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Standard Registered Airmail (with Tracking Number) is FREE but, we will not be responsible and no replacement guarantee in case of lost during the shipment. For International Register Airmail, please add US$10 in case of lost. (Refund will be capped at maximum US$50 and the refund process will take up to 3 months base on Local Postal Regulation).

Express Mail Service We recommend all international customers to use insured EMS or FEDEX for safer and faster delivery, also we will provide replacement guarantee in case of lost. Please kindly email me and let me know which type of shipment you prefered.

EXTRA CHARGE WILL BE APPLIED TO THESE 2 TYPES OF SHIPMENT. WE WILL SEND YOU THE ACTUAL COST ONCE YOU DECIDED WHICH SHPMENT TYPE YOU NEED ME TO SHIP YOUR STRAPS.
